I have an immense love for birds. As animals they're beautiful, but also have a certain whimsy that only a creature that does not know the shackles of gravity can have. As subjects, they present a certain challenge, especially smaller ones. One moment they're peacefully staring off into the distance singing their song, and the next they've taken flight. You have to predict the actions of a chaotic and unpredictable creature.
